The Bishop has been blessed to have his son Daniel as a fellow laborer in ministry. After he graduated from High School in 1997 he went back to the school to begin working as an assistant to the Supervisor. From there he moved on to become assistant Pastor and began looking after much of the day to day operations of the organization He has gained the respect of the church and community alike. He has come to be known as one who can get the job done, and because of his contagious sense of humor ensure that the process is enjoyable for all involved. His caring, compassionate ways in leadership, that seem to come so natural, remind us of his late Grandfather, P.W. Shaw
Highly respected, his outstanding character, principles and steadfastness have made him an integral part of the Bishop’s ministry. Taking on the responsibilities of Pastor in 2007 he has constantly challanged the Church to a deeper more practical walk with God which has resulted in the opening of opening of new growing daughter works in Grand Falls, NB and Presque Isle, ME.
He and his wife, Ruth, have consistently walked with Christ through each stage of their lives. Accomplished musicians, they have worked tirelessly to develop both musical and chorale skills within our assemblies. We count ourselves blessed to be able to watch their ministry develop in our midst. Their hunger for God have caused them to build solidly on the foundations of the Church’s primary doctrines and to reach out tirelessly in an effort to see the cause and kingdom of Christ proclaimed to their generation.
