2025 - A Year Of TRANSITION

The dove was released from Noah’s ark. It returned for a time, but eventually, it didn’t. That moment marked a shift—a transition. It wasn’t just about the bird; it was about the Spirit. Because the Spirit (often symbolized by the dove) always seeks a structure to rest on—but never stays where movement stops.

From the ark, to the tabernacle, to the temple… the Spirit has always had a resting place. But those resting places were never the destination. They were only temporary structures—spaces that gave us access to God but were never meant to contain Him.

In each case, when the season shifted,
the Spirit moved on. Not because it was leaving us behind, but because it was calling us forward.

It’s not just a change of scenery. It’s a change of posture. A reorientation of focus. This transition isn’t about walking away from the familiar just for the sake of something new. It’s about pursuing Him more closely. It’s about realizing that we can’t cling to old structures when the Spirit is pointing us forward. As Scripture reminds us: new wine cannot be poured into old wineskins.

We’ve grown comfortable with the familiar. But comfort isn’t our calling—following is. Transition demands trust. It asks us to release control, to loosen our grip on what was, and embrace what God is unfolding.

To force God into a former structure would be catastrophic. The old may have served us well, but it cannot contain what God is doing now.

This is not a season of loss. It’s a season of movement.

The Spirit is moving. We are following.

THE "VISION"
Night 1.jpg

In January 2019 an aggressive path was laid out to facilitate the construction of a new sanctuary for the Family Worship Center. The first step of the journey was to raise $1 Million by the end of 2020. Due to the sacrificial giving of so many, that goal was realized in half the time. By end of 2019, $1,039,000 had been raised.

During the summer of 2021, the foundation for phase 1 of our expansion was completed. May 3, 2022 the first piece of steel was flown. It is truly humbling to see the plans of God materialize before our very eyes.
