Missions Trip to Lebanon

Over the weekend of March 29-31, 2019, we had the privilege of being with Pastor & Sis. Toufic Azar for their Annual Spring Conference. What a delight to see what God is doing in and through the Apostolics of Beirut! In six short years, much progress has been made towards establishing a thriving, revival Apostolic church in the Middle East. In a political environment that is rife with uncertainty, the stability of the Apostolics of Beirut is emerging — unwavering.

Leading the charge on this aggressive vision is Pastor & Sis. Toufic Azar (and family). From writing the songs and playing the music, to evangelizing, teaching Bible Studies and preaching this glorious Gospel — every member of this family is engaged. As a result of their efforts, Spring Conference 2019 was attended by many visitors. Every service was sanctioned by a precious touch from God. Lives were touched.

Bridge of Hope

Part of AOB’s strategy for impact has been the launching of Bridge of Hope School — which focuses on providing education for the children of the thousands of Syrian refugees presently residing in Lebanon.

“Over 250,000 school-age Syrian children registered in Lebanon are not enrolled in formal education.” - Human Rights Watch

Bridge of Hope is intent on reversing that horrifying statistic, one child at a time. Although in its infancy, Bridge of Hope has over 65 students enrolled for this academic year. New doors are opening for AOB. Only time will reveal all that God has in store for Lebanon, and ultimately, the entire Middle East region.

If you are interested in more information regarding Bridge of Hope, check out their site. We encourage you to support this worthy endeavor.

Below, you will see a few photos from this recent Missions Trip. Thank you, Family Worship Center, for your sacrificial support for the cause of Global Missions.
