Overwhelming Business & Community Investment

Updated: Jun 25, 2019

As we march our way steadily towards our first milestone ($1 Million raised), we want to thank those that have already bought in. Every saint of FWC has willingly invested (sacrificially) into the vision God has given. Thank you.

There is an interesting dynamic occurring. The momentum propelling us towards the reality of the new construction of our facility has become multi-dimensional over recent weeks. The support is not just from within our local congregation; but we have become recipient to GENEROUS donations by our community and local businesses.

Today, we want to offer special thanks to the following businesses and individuals in our community:

  • Goguen Architecture specifically Brent and Lynn— for their incredible expertise, professionalism and patience through this phase of the process. They literally have put our dreams on paper… and before it’s over, it will be a reality! We are grateful.

  • Gilles and GOW Group for their liberal donation to our project thus far. The design and construction of our expansion sign on our property; the materials for our model; the use of their workspace; 3D printing our logo/lettering, etc. Words fail to express our gratitude. ALL DONATED. You went ABOVE and BEYOND. We are indebted.

  • Lastly, we want to thank Boyd B. Harding for his generous donation of $10,000 worth of heavy equipment hours toward site development. This was unexpected, but greatly appreciated. This will get us well on our way… we hope to get some dirt moving SOON. Once again, thank you!

The response and involvement of Plaster Rock Village Council, the business sector and the greater community has been overwhelmingly supportive towards this project. It is truly humbling.

We are doing this TOGETHER. It is our desire that this facility, when completed, be a haven for all citizens of our great community — a stellar example of the unity that can exist between faith and society.

We can’t wait to get started… stay tuned.
